We operate Scheller electronic control microprocessor machines 21 (NCI, NCC and NCH), Shima Seiki electronic machines in games 5, 8 and 12 and also NSGW-V7.

In our programming center, all the know-how required to obtain the design is maximized as a result of the excellent qualifications of our technicians.

If we want to have a final result close to perfection, the quality of the raw material is fundamental. Hence this is a very important phase within the production process. In order to guarantee all specifications of the final product as well as its quality, we carefully select the best suppliers from Portugal, Italy and England.

All the raw materials used in the production are subject to laboratory tests and tests by accredited entities and we always favor suppliers with Woolmark titles and Oeko-Tex certification, thus ensuring the absence of substances harmful to health.

Technological development has become a determining factor of competitiveness in the textile sector. And because we want to be always ready to respond to the needs of the market, we bet on innovation with the latest "Shima Seiki" looms in 5, 8 and 12, "Shima Seiki" whole garment  7 as well as "Scheller" 21, which perform the knitting process according to the technique Fully Fashion.

Our company has all the necessary resources to perform the finishing processes in the "laundry" sector. We thus achieve with the correct operation at this stage of the production line, to preserve the physical characteristics of the models, also contributing to the maximization of presentation quality.

In both processes, we have either equipment (cutting tables of various dimensions) or a technical team oriented to care and detail.

Since this is one of the phases of the production process, in which the need to carry out the work in detail is highlighted, we took care to do a constant technical training in our technicians, so that this operation that is done manually, reaches perfection and fluidity.
